I downloaded the free version so I can help a man in his 90s who cannot find files on his PC, but I keep getting the verification code from Microsoft Verification and putting it in the boxes, and keep being told TeamViewer cannot verify my device. It is an HP tower with Windows 11.

I am getting the following error "The security code is invalid or expired. Please try again." when trying to log in to the remote desktop client. Oddly enough, the security code works when I log into the website.
