Teamviewer is becoming a convoluted mess and changing the interface makes it even more awful. Who has time to start completely learning a totally revised product!

It has become incredibly difficult to use the program with confusing interface. Used to use Teamviewer all the time but now it is like banging your head on a wall with dead ends everywhere. Just had to use Chome remote desktop because we could not navigate the simple task of putting in an access code provided by someone needing help.

    Dear TeamViewer users,

We want to thank you for your valuable feedback regarding our recent UI changes.

We understand that many of you found the new interface confusing.

We are excited to announce that we just released (v15.59.4) a new Remote Support section in the updated interface, designed to bring back the simplicity and ease of use that you loved in the old UI.

Within the Receive support section, end users can find their ID and password, which they can share with supporters who connect to them.

Within the Provide support section, supporters can connect to the end user by entering the end user's ID and password.

We have made the TeamViewer ID and password more prominent, making remote support easier and more intuitive.

This update reflects your feedback, and we hope it meets your needs and shows that we value your input.

Please continue to share your thoughts and suggestions with us!

Thank you for your trust and support.

    All the best,

    /JeanK

Step forward is nice. Unfortunately a year and half to late for me. I do hope it continues to get back to a resemblance of what it was though. Next play should be to get rid of the whole bookmarked devices thing. You should be able to add a device again by the ID number. Then move it into whatever group you want and manage it there. Currently, if you add a device by ID it becomes this special bookmarked device in a special bookmarked group with limited functionality. No reason for it to be that way. If an admin adds a device whether by mass deployment or single ID they should be able to manage all devices the same.
