For the past 4-5 years, two members of my team have been using one TeamViewer ID, which has been part of our licensed plan. They typically connect using this single ID across 1-2 different tabs as needed, not more than that. However, we are now encountering problems with accessing the account. So, for more context, earlier we were using the same plan where we logged in using the same (one) credentials on 3 different devices at the same time. But currently, we are not able to do it after a new recharge. Can anyone help me with this?
