Merge Two Accounts

Is there a way to merge two accounts? I need to switch my primary account to my new email address. Problem is at some point in my life, I created a new account with my current email address and cannot get logged into it so I am unable to just transfer everything to it. If I could get a recovery on the account or just have the accounts merged, that would be helpful (either option).

I'm not sure if this is just a community support or the official support forums (I couldn't find any way to contact support directly for the life of me). 800 number refers me to here.

You can restore access by resetting the password of your former account: https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#lost-password 

Then, you can change the email of this account : How can I change the email address or password of my TeamViewer account?

Just tried that but it's asking for a security code after I enter the new password. Where would I find that at?
