I started a TeamViewer session from an iPhone and connected to an Android phone, but the session malfunctioned. I choose to end the session and now the Android phone is asking for a password by letters and numbers, although android phone did not have a passcode before. Ok so I tried to connect my grandmother's mobile, she's living far from me and I wanted to help her with few apps by using teamviewer, unfortunately I couldn't connect to device. The massage says `The connection to the specified partner cannot be...`. I wondering what is it, and how could I fix it.
When i tried to connect to my redmi or xiomi mobile every time the mobile ask for permission to cast. After click start cast then it works. So what can i do when I'm outside? Because nobody in home to click cast start now. Please give solution for unattend connect.

If I want to type certain characters or send certain commands from my phone, I really need to be able to distinguish between the left and right modifier keys. However there currently doesn't appear to be a way to send these keys. Does anyone know how I can send these?
