the Main tab closes while I'm working and when I try to get back into my remote computer I get the message IDS_STATUS_MSG_NOROUTE_SessionLimit. I only have 1 device that I'm using. Can this be fixed so that I don't get shut out and can get right back in?

When trying to login remotely or connect remotely It is continuously giving and error code that says cannot connect to partner. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried the customer chat with zero help, I have tried calling customer support and have been hung up on two times. I just need help!
