But I didn't receive my full refund, while my licence has been revoked. I tried to reply by mail on my refund ticket but it said it was closed.
As part of vendor support received for specific application, they are installing TeamViewer Host in our machines, they own a full license for TeamViewer, however, we are not sure if the Host installations in our environment need a separate TV license or these are covered from the vendor full license?
I received an activation code but when I activate it it says Sorry, the license couldn’t be activated. Account has existing company configuration, which is incompatible with this license. Please use an account without a company setup what it means ? thx
