Hello, I own a perpetual license for TW 13 Premium. I would like to know if there is a way to upgrade to 14, keeping perpetual license, I don't want anything about monthly and annual licenses, that's why I bought a lifetime license in the past. How would this upgrade from 13 to 14 work? Thanks!!
I can not create support ticket neither connect to a client computer.
From the web app I can make a connection but on the desktop application by logging the free license appears. where am I wrong?
We only have 7 administrators however when 2 or 3 max administrators are using teamviewer the others can use it the get the attached error. We reached the max concurrent sessions which is not true. Why is this happening?
