It would appear from other posts this has not been resolved and users are directed to use the Universal Addon, however the Universal Add-on does not allow remote control.
Hello, Me and my coworkers are trying to decide if we need support for mobile devices with our plan. Some of us think that we do not need support for mobile devices, while others think the opposite. We use a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8. What exactly is this mobile support for, and do we actually need it?
