This article applies to TeamViewer customers with a Remote Access, Business, Premium or Corporate subscription based in one of these countries: 


TeamViewer is offering a customer portal that allows you to view and manage your customer data, invoices, and subscription.


First access to the portal

To get your first access to your Customer Portal, you will need to receive a Customer Portal Activation Link. There are two different cases depending on your current licensing state:

  1. In case you are a new customer, you will receive the activation link in a separate email called Activate Your TeamViewer Customer Portal
  2. If you are an existing customer, you can contact our support team and they can send the Customer Portal Activation Link via email to the main contact. Please note that we can only send the mail to the account associated with the license in our system.


Accessing the portal

Via the TeamViewer Homepage

To access the TeamViewer Customer Portal via the TeamViewer Homepage, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to 
  2. Please log in with your TeamViewer credentials to access the TeamViewer Customer Portal.

Via the order confirmation email

To access the TeamViewer Customer Portal via the order confirmation mail, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the email called Activate Your TeamViewer Customer Portayou received from the TeamViewer Accounting Team after placing your order via the TeamViewer web shop or ordering via one of our Sales Managers
  2. Click on the link directing you to the Customer Portal 
  3. Please log in with your TeamViewer credentials to access the TeamViewer Customer Portal.


Features within the customer portal

After logging in to the TeamViewer Customer Portal, you will see your individual Dashboard and the Navigations pane on the left side of the page.



You can access the different parts of the portal via the navigations menu on the left side of the page: 





The dashboard provides you with an overview of your individual TeamViewer plan(s) and offers you direct access to the most relevant information for the license administrators.




In this section, you will find your TeamViewer invoices and credit note list ready to be downloaded for your records as well as other useful information for each item like

  • Invoice/Credit note Number
  • Type
  • Date of creation
  • Billing Address 
  • (Payment) Status
  • (Invoice) Total

You can also pay you open invoices directly or upload a proof of payment for your convenience.

The upload of the proof of payment is a new and convenient way to communicate with us in case your license has been set inactive in case of a payment default. 


Hint: If you see a red dot on your invoice tab it indicates whether there is an outstanding payment for one of your licenses.



In the subscription menu, you can view and manage your TeamViewer subscriptions and you get a quick overview of the most relevant information like:

  • Product
  • Contract Name
  • Subscription Period Type
  • Next Renewal date
  • Billing Cycle
  • Subscription status 
    • Active
    • Expiring (Expiration date)



  • Details
    • Contract name
    • Future Billing Address
    • Future Payment Method
    • Billing Cycle
    • Next Renewal date
    • Subscription Status
    • TeamViewer license overview
      • Type of license (Remote Access, Business, Premium, Corporate, Endpoint Protection, Monitoring & Asset Management, Backup or Pilot)
      • License description
      • License status (Active, Expiring or Terminated)
      • Add on & quantity of add on
    • Update contract Information
      • Add Concurrent Users to license
      • Add Mobile Device Support to license
      • Add Endpoints
      • Add GB
      • Add Pilot Technicians

Note: Changing the Company name and the country is not possible via the portal. Please contact our Service team, if you need to change the company name or the country.

Please note that you can not cancel your TeamViewer plan within the TeamViewer Management Customer Portal. Please send an email to our Service team by submitting a ticket via our support page. For cancelation details, please refer to our EULA.

In this section, you find financial documents you might need for your business e.g. bank certificates or commercial register proof. All available documents are ready for you to be downloaded.
