We have tried, but can only assign named users under the menuitem where you customise quick support. This means that, that user has to go into the web interface and reassign if anothet tech needs to take over. Is there any way around this or should we set QS to "unassigned"
How do I reset my remote access password if I forgot what the current one is?
TeamViewer requires me to enter the 2FA code EVERY. TIME. I. SIGN. IN. Since the architecture is built around having to trust devices, why does TeamViewer not trust my machine at least for 90 days or such? Why the 2FA requirement at every sign-in?
