Hi and good morning,
i have the issue, that Teamviewer thinks, i'm using it for commercial use.
I tryed via reset to explain my behavior.
now i have the issue, i can't download the needed pdf. the button is not working/doing anything.
Did somebody else had this issue? if yes, how did you fixed it?
Also, i cant go back to generate. i'm like stuck in this process for days now.

Hi @FaMunoz
thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please clear Cache&Cookies and check that you do not have an adblocker or similar active? The pdf should download automatically and appear in your browser under downloads.
Thanks in advance for checking

Hi @AlenaC ,
Thanks for the fast answer.
I tryed it out with clearing Cache&Cookies, an other browser and the two browsers in incognito mode. Nothing helped.
I click on the button, nothing is happening.
As i dont have a payed license, i can't reach out to the support. but i also can't create a new reset-request.
So, i'm stucked. Is there an other way to ask for a request.

I am having the same problem - the "pdf" button remains "grayed out", and I cannot download the file. Nothing appears to have downloaded automatically. Still have this problem - Not seeing a solution here, either.

Same issue, sooooo frustrating as Teamviewer is quite rarely needed when there's enough time....😁
I do not see any recent solutions btw.
