I am attempting to add a new account under our license, however, when going to the activation section, under Legacy Key (our key is over 5 years old), it only shows an error and will not activate.

in my remote access there is space for three endpoints, i have added 2. there is a third that i did not add, and when i try to access it a note come up that says admin changed my access. im the admin and donot recognise the endpoint. i cannot delete it. help please!!!

Even though my annual subscription is fully paid and valid its not showing when I log in to my TeamViewer it says "Free" obviously I cant create a support Ticket to get a help from support team. Please Help
