You can change your account information (e.g., your e-mail address, password, and picture) from the Management Console.
This article applies to all TeamViewer (Classic) users.
How to change your account e-mail
To change your account e-mail, please follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to the Management Console at https://login.teamviewer.com.
- Click the button displaying your name in the top-right corner and click on Edit profile.
- Go to General on the left menu. In the General settings, you will see the email field. Enter the new email address here.
- Click Save in the upper left corner to confirm the changes.
- Access the inbox of the new e-mail address, open the e-mail that TeamViewer (Classic) has and finalize the change.
📌Notes:
- Changing the account email does NOT change your invoicing email. Please contact our support team if you would like to change your invoicing email.
- The new e-mail address must not be attached to any TeamViewer account. If so, please delete the TeamViewer account attached to the new e-mail before processing the e-mail address change.

- In the General tab, click on the picture icon, select your picture from your files and click on Save.
